Site works have commenced at our latest heritage project in Kooyong.

Built in the interwar period c. 1919-1940, the house is listed as a significant property and a fine example of an Interwar Old English building. It has a high level of integrity with many original features and details intact including the steep tiled roof, decorative brickwork and small arched windows.

A contemporary pavilion set amongst a terraced garden will provide a new space for living, entertainment and watching tennis and a backdrop for creating family memories for years to come.
