We are absolutely thrilled to share our latest project Kooyong Classic, featured in Est Living.

This circa 1920s home in the city’s inner east was in poor condition after years of alterations, including being divided into two separate dwellings. But architect Lucy Clemenger says its “beautiful bones” were still visible, and from the very first visit, she felt the home’s true character hadn’t faded. Its original face brickwork, arched openings, ceiling heights and period detailing were all features she sought to preserve, setting her on a path to “work with what was already there”.

Thank you Sophie Lewis and Miffy Coady for a beautiful article that truly captures the essence of Kooyong Classic, and thank you Shannon McGrath for the beautiful photographs.
