The Great Wall of Windsor – Heritage Reimagined
One of our most challenging projects to date is the rebuild of this 3.4m wide Victorian house sandwiched between a large brick warehouse and a row of terraces.
Our client approached us to solve the ultimate problem – how to rebuild a boundary structure with inherent defects adjacent to a development site that was about to become inaccessible. Working with the fabulous and nimble team at Prolifica Building Co as well as a raft of expert consultants including forensic structural engineers from FMG Engineering, and with support from the neighbouring developer Chapter Group, the wall was rectified, and the building is now undergoing an exciting interior transformation.
